"Why Wildlife? Wildlife has been a pleasant thread in my life: from early childhood in Montana, to currently now, living in Arizona (yes, the wild donkeys are my neighbors!). I remember walks with my family during dusk and spotting deer. It wasn't uncommon to find bear tracks in the snow around the house. Horses were always around, and their company was therapeutic. Nothing has changed. Animals have a bold honesty I find captivating. It's my wish that the viewer not just see a painting; but a living, breathing soul. It's a respect for them and our Creator. There is peace & joy in sharing their story".
My latest journey in paint has taken me through the worlds of deer, buffalo, waterfowl, and the great cats: tiger, leopard, snow leopard and lion.
